Hello Have just read your riding adventures. There was a time when I was 7 or 8 yrs old there was a stable on the end of the last street our rural meighborhood. It was should I go over there by myself I more ussual than not be saddled a hourse and set on my way in an ajacent wood lot that covered a lot of ground. The loop about the woods and the fringes of a couple farmers feilds was about mile in length. I alwasy knew when I had gotten half way. Regardless which ever horse I was on always knew the time for at halfway the horse always was more enthusiastic on our way back to the stable. If I ever had a friend with me during my stable visits no horse back ride was never offered. Looks like you've gotten more snow than us. Fernan
